As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I’m trained to support a wide range of health concerns and wellness goals. Many of my clients, however, are women seeking balance in their lives but facing emotional and mental barriers that get in the way. Often, there’s a disconnect between the mind and body when it comes to physical health. Medical professionals are trained to tell you what to do, but wellness coaches are trained to meet you where you are, uncover your motivations, and empower lasting change.
Drawing on both my professional training and personal experiences, I help clients identify and overcome mental, physical, and emotional barriers to create effective, long-term behavior changes. My holistic, integrative approach considers all aspects of lifestyle so we can find real balance together. Every session is 1:1, providing a safe, non-judgmental space to build trust, foster growth, and make meaningful progress.
